1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  2. You must initiate the refund process within 5-7 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: – Gift cards –  Personalized or custom-made items

  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping:

  1. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Refund:

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
